What services do you offer?

Do you service my area?

We service most suburbs between Deception Bay, Burpengary, Morayfield, Caboolture and up to Redcliffe/North Lakes. You can check if we cover your postcode above.

If your postcode isn’t listed, you can still send us an enquiry to show interest in future coverage.

What happens if it rains on my service day?

Safety comes first!

We’ll monitor the forecast, and if conditions aren’t safe or job quality would suffer, we’ll reschedule at no extra charge. We’ll also keep in touch with you if there’s a delay or change.

How do I pay and get updates?

You’ll receive an email with a quote and invoice. Click the secure link in the email to pay by credit/debit card. After each job, you’ll receive a completion notification via email.

We always send reminders before scheduled visits.

How much does a typical garden service cost?

Pricing depends on multiple factors:
- Property size (site-small through site‑very‑large)
- Scope of work (e.g. mowing only vs full garden maintenance)
- Frequency (one-off, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly service)

We offer free quotes via the enquiry forms — simply select your services and submit your details.

What if the service I want isn’t listed?

That’s totally fine — just send us an enquiry.

We’re always happy to explore new services and expand what we offer if we can. If we can’t help directly, we might know someone who can.

How soon can you start?

- One-off or urgent jobs: usually within 48 hours (pending availability)
- Recurring services (e.g. weekly or fortnightly): we’ll work with you to schedule a regular day/time slot
- Commercial/NDIS jobs: scheduled within business hours after form submission

We’ll confirm details and timing promptly after receiving your enquiry.

Can I book under NDIS?

Yes! We’re approved to deliver NDIS-supported services.

You can select NDIS Enquiry on our site, provide your plan details, and we’ll send the quote and invoice directly to your plan manager if needed.

Who will be coming to my property?

Your booking confirmation will give you the name and contact details of the team members who will be doing your job. All our team members are fully insured, trained, and hold valid Yellow and Blue Cards, meaning they’re cleared to work around children, people with disabilities, and vulnerable individuals.

We’re professional, punctual, and respectful — and we always clean up after ourselves!
